I would recommend for readers in particular that love experimental, unpredictable, engaging thrillers. If you like Koontz or Cornwell, you should give this novel a try. It sucks you in, beautifully written, darkly twisted--there's so much to this text I wouldn't be surprised if it will be studied in the future for it's use of sound and images. Poetic.
